we’ve made some changes to the way GM meetings work. we now have a forum for use in reporting and discussing what goes on GM meetings so that you don’t need to recount the meeting 12345234334123 times on ventrilo… just refer everyone to your forum post. You must have permission to view it and you must be a moderator to make a new topic (anyone who has access can reply to existing topics). I believe I gave everyone what they needed, but I may have missed someone. Feel free to contact me if you need access.

Please note the required amount of Greater Fire Protection Potions has
changed from 10 to just 5. Please bring 5 potions to all raid days.
The loot eligibility list has been updated. Please note the changes on
Spinal Reaper, Vis’kag the Bloodletter, Brutality Blade, and Quick Strike Ring.

Also, please note several changes in raiding rules:
Starting Sunday 10-09-05, the penalty for not bringing the minimum
required 10 Greater Fire Protection Potions will increase by one with
each occurrence. This means if you have not brought the minimum number
of potions for the second time you will be deducted 2 dkp.
Also starting Sunday 10-09-05 the scheduled registration deadline will
change from 12:00 am to 9:00 pm of the day before the raid. Many people
have suggested posting the raid group composition earlier in order to
schedule their day in advance. Ideally registration will close at 9:00 pm and
the composition will be up in the next hour or so.

The GMs met and agreed upon a preliminary loot eligibility list so please
look it over. I apologize for any items that some classes were allowed to roll
on in the past and now have been restricted.
